How To Find a Murshid or Sheikh ,” Performing a bait (Baya) of the Murshid or Sheikh is actually Sunnah. There are several places inside the life of each of our beloved Prophet (sallal laho alaihe wa aalehi wa sallam) which he did bait (Baya) associated with Sahaba. The most famous is called Bait-i-Ridvan, that’s mentioned in Quran. Allah says in Quran about this bait (Baya) that “It has not been your hand them to took for lure but My hand”. Calling the hand of Rasullullah (sallal laho alaihe wa aalehi wa sallam) THEIR OWN HAND. Refusing it altogether is kufur all of which will turn you right kafir instantly. Since you just refused to trust what the hadis says and you also have refused just about all ayets in Quran about Aulia Allah.
According to Hadis
1- “If people died without carrying out a bait (Baya) you died to be a fasiq”
2-“If you died without carrying out a bait (Baya) people died an unaware (Jahil) death”
3-“If you dont use a Sheikh (murshid/spiritual guide) ones sheikh is Sheytan”
For the past 1400 years muslims happen to be doing bait (baya) of the Sheikh.
